weddings—please stop getting married
31 October 2006in the past several months i’ve had the pleasure of going to three weddings—THREE f’n weddings. at least i got a trip home out of it.in order of fun, here’s how they panned out:
in THIRD place: jaime and dave’s wedding… unfortunately we didn’t get to parttake in the reception fun and we had to wait for a couple of hours in nature for the bride. it made me cranky. i hate parks. but i hope they’re happy… seriously. but someone had to be in last place and i didn’t get to get drunk at this wedding. that truly sucks. no, i’m not an alcoholic, and no, i don’t think you have to drink to have fun—it just helps some times, okay?
in SECOND place: jamie and andrew’s wedding… was okay… i had lots of wine and had super good times with my little sammy joe—we’re in love (and have been in love since i was eight… it’s so tender).
in FIRST place: dean and shannon’s rockin’ sweet ass wedding. i had a great f’n time and i hope they get re-married really soon. the wedding was nice because the weather rocked (since it was out in a park) and the reception was bitchin’.
here are some highlights from first and second place:

when i went to new brunswick for jamie and andrew’s wedding, i ate this huge donair the moment i got home. it was delicious, but not greasy enough… and so much freaking meat… i couldn’t finish it. |

i wasn’t in the picture mood for jamie’s wedding, but i did grab this shot of holly (on the left) and my tender sammy joe in front. we all went to high school together. |

It made me cranky too, it wasen’t my fault I was late BTW, it was my sister in law who was late and she was doing my makeup(she is a proffesional makeup artist)
Well at least you were invited, there were others who were upset at me that didnt get an invite. Sorry to keep you waiting.
The reception in Moncton was funner then the one here, but the one here had unlimited free booze.

Well I’m glad we came in first and I’m glad you had a great time at our wedding. I’m not sure we’ll be doing it again too soon. I’m guessing we’ll be at yours before we do it again. After all. You are in love with Hooman.

Always ask someone you love before you put anything in your mouth.
Tell me more!

I know. But that’s because I knew you before you loved Hooman. And you weren’t the loving type.
