my weekend was so fun and relaxing that i’m not really looking forward to what is already shaping up to be a busy, busy week. boo-urns. hooman and i slept in on saturday, biked to st. lawrence market, made supper, went to ikea, and went to see borat. productive, but fun… especially since a saturday together is a rare occurence. borat wasn’t so hot… it’s much funnier when you watch borat on tv. ah well.so now i’ve got a bunch of commitments that are making my week way busier than i want it to be.here are three things i have to do, but would rather switch ‘em up with a night of laundry or tv watching. |

3. girl guides - i know, i know. what the hell. i keep trying to quit being a girl guide leader, but whenever they need me, i’m there. i only go on an ‘on-call’ basis and this afternoon i got a call from one of the other leaders. she needs me there on tuesday night, so i said i would. the thing that sucks is it’s not a matter of me just showing up and helping, i have to lead the group that night. awesome. what kind of fun craft can i think up… |

2. boys and girls club board meeting - this only happens once a month, but i have some crap i have to prepare for it. i volunteered to gather some survey data we’re doing with the other board members… hopefully i can figure that out monday, because the meeting is wednesday and tuesday i’ve got girl guides. |

1. work - i think i want a few days off. i still have three days vacation left for the rest of the year… i should’ve taken a few days off this week.holy shit, i’m such a friggin’ whiner. anyone wanna go for drinks on thursday? |
